So the work is not really finding people. It is making sure the people you were promised actually arrive, know where to go, and know who they report to when they get there.

Run of show, call times, headcount by position, dress code, venue access and who your on-site contact is. Multi-day shows get built out day by day.
Roster to the brief
Crew is drawn from pre-screened candidates and matched to the position, not just to the date. Background checks and screening happen before anyone is assigned.
Confirm and brief
Crew is confirmed ahead of call time and briefed on where to report, what to wear and who they answer to, with standby coverage held for the roles that cannot go uncovered.
Run the day
A lead runs the crew on site so your team manages the event rather than managing our people. Multi-day shows carry the same crew through so nobody re-learns the venue.
